Artravion “Art” Smith Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Smitty Home Buyers. As a South Florida native, Art understands the unique needs of homeowners throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County and takes pride in serving the community he calls home.

Before founding Smitty Home Buyers, Art worked as a Transportation Security Officer (TSO) with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). During his time in federal service, he developed strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while assisting people from all walks of life in fast-paced and often stressful situations.

Today, Art applies those same principles to real estate. He understands that selling a home is often connected to major life events, including inheritance, relocation, financial challenges, divorce, or owning a property that needs significant repairs.
